We signed a lien waiver do do building units, but haven't received any payment, can we still put a lien hold ?
I would need to read the lien waiver to say for sure, but I suspect you cannot place a lien. You will need to sue to collect the unpaid amount.
Is there anything we can do to receive the payments?
