I have a client for whom we did $2500 in work. He refuses to pay stating work could be better. I offered to perform additional work at no additional cost to meet his satisfaction. He initially agreed but has cancelled on me twice and now states he doesn't even think the $2500 price tag is the correct dollar amount. I feel I have made ample effort to remedy the situation and it seems he is simply trying to forego his end of the agreement. I'm interested in possible litigation.
