You should consult with Arizona counsel on this. One Arizona case found that a claim for idle equipment could not be included in a lien. Whether unapproved change orders can be included is a different matter. Theoretically these items should increase the contract amount and be lienable. However, whether you should include it, and the penalties in the event that it should not have been included, are issues that you should fully discuss with competent counsel. Good luck to you.

Your question is not clear. Typically change orders have to be signed, it depends largely on the contract language. Also usually it is best practice not to perform CO work without signed authorization. Your best bet is to contact an attorney to schedule a consultation so he/she can better answer your questions and advise you of your rights and remedies.
