I'm spending a lot of time filing documents instead of working, would I be able to just add fees to it I also want to be compensated for extra expenses and/or punitive damages.
I would not add your attorney’s fees but would say in the notice plus interest and attorneys fees provided by law.
You are entitled to attorney’s fees only in limited circumstances.
