Can we actually file a lien on a job that the customer is not paying. While sell them on other jobs they are paying. Same customer. Or does filing a lien place the entire account in LEGAL status.

The lien is only relevant to a single property. As such, you could place a lien on one property without any effect on others.

You can file a lien on one project while continuing to supply in another project. You can even file a lien on a project and continue to supply for the same project.
