We are looking at your prelim services and are wondering if with the law changes can trucking companies prelim job sites?
Does the service also handle releases?

Generally a trucking company is not entitled to a lien claim (see Cal. Civ. Code §§ 8400, 8404, 8430, 9100). But it depends on what types for services the trucking company in providing to the protect. If the services are merely material delivery than the trucking company would not be entitled to a lien. But the trucking company is leasing equipment for use on the job site, then it would be entitled to a lien.
