I know your site is geared more towards the contractor. But if I'm in dispute with a contractor and the amount is only $718 can they really force a foreclosure for that? I don't mind if they do put a lien because I intend on fighting it, but will they really foreclose my house for $718 in NJ?
You can always pay off the contractor for the $718.
