Can my son put a lien on my home for a roof he put on my home and garage in Sept 2021( garage was never finished) and work he did inside my home 2/2022 to 5/2022? They was no contact or agreement for any cash payment since he lived with me without paying rent as he was not working. How do I fight this lien? Thank you
