Can I still file a mechanics lien?

Massachusetts

Notice has been sent through Levelset. Last furnished services on Oct 19th. Did I loose the deadline yet? How can you help me file that lien. Thanks

If you are seeking a lien for your personal labor, you are entitled to a lien for 30 days work performed within 90 days prior to your filing the lien. If you are a general contractor, the deadline for filing a lien is not later than the earliest of: 60 days from the recording by the owner and contractor of the notice of substantial completion ; 90 days from the recording by the owner of a notice of termination ; or 90 days after the last furnishing of labor and materials. If you are a subcontractor, the deadline is the earliest of: 60 days after the recording of the notice of substantial completion; 90 days after the recording of the notice of termination; or90 days after the last furnishing of labor or materials by the general contractor or anyone claiming by, through or under him. Are you beyond the above deadlines?
