We are an RV and trailer repair business in the Atlanta Georgia area. We repaired a customers trailer and were finished with the job on February 25 2021. The final bill was $937.00. We have contacted the customer many times via phone, text etc. He always said he would come and pick it up and has not. We started adding storage fees after the first month. We told him about the storage fees however it did not motivate him to come and pick the trailer up. The trailer is very large and is taking up a lot of our limited space on our lot. My question is, can I file a lien still, what are my options as far as storage fees and if I cannot file a lien what can I do? Thank you for your time and please get back to me when you can.
