WE worked on a job being told what to do through emails and text message never receiving a final WO until after the job was completed. once we received the WO we saw that a lot of things were wrong or missing. being that we are right at our 60 window from receiving the WO can I still file liens or do i just need to get a lawyer and sue because we still have not been paid in full.
