Can I receive a lien with below situation

Florida

I had signed a contract last week with a concrete guy to do work on my driveway, he said he was going to do it on Tuesday and pour the concrete on Wednesday, on Monday I called him that night to confirm for Tuesday morning and he know stated that he can't do the work until Thursday and pour the concrete 4 to 6 days later because of concrete back order. I told him that was not good for me so he then said he could do it Wednesday but can only come in the late afternoon and work until dark to break up the concrete, I told him I cannot do that because I live in the community with an HOA, he didn't respond to me all day Tuesday and Wednesday (Today) texts me this morning that his guys are on the way, I told him that would be fine but they can't stay late and he assured me they would get it done, I then stated you said you can pour it tomorrow on Thursday and he then stated to me that he could not, so I told him to forget it., 2 hours later I get 2 guys with a pick up truck who snuck in my gated community and told me they were here to rip up my driveway, it was a young man and an older gentlemen (65 ish) with sledge hammers in 96 degree heat. I told them that I spoke to the owner and told him not to send anyone from his company because he could not do it in the time we agreed, they stated that they didn't work for him and answered a job website 2 hours prior to respond to my house to do demo of concrete driveway, they also stated they were carpenters but do all kinds of work. I immediately turned them down and know the owner days he is going to put a lien on me, can he do that under the circumstances above

Probably not. Construction liens are generally only available for work that has actually been performed.
