I recently was hired by a property owner for various jobs at different times all of my jobs and their were 8 total labor never exceeded 500 in labor she gave me approx 500 cash currently and promised to pay the rest as soon as possible or when her loan on the property comes in now she says she's not paying me we did not have a written contract well via her text messages she stated that I did the work but not paying me I have pics of work completed and all of it to the highest standards can I lean her property for money owed ?
