Can I include the preliminary notice in our master contract? Why does it need to be sent out seperately?

WashingtonPreliminary Notice

Its alarming to our clients when they receive the preliminary notice (or even the intent to lien) after they signed their contract so we were wondering if it was possible to include it in our master contract as part of the process when they sign.
