NYS ML Extension will expire, and more time is needed before taking action. What is the procedure to ask for a Court Order to extend before extension expires. It is in §17 of the ML Law in NYS

you will need to retain counsel, it is a routine osc, but you will need an index number and RJI and motion fee. file before teh deadline
