I want to file several liens against different properties in one document

One document generally cannot be used to file multiple mechanics liens against separate properties. Typically, when there are multiple, separate properties – separate mechanics liens will be required. And this is especially true when the projects are wholly unrelated or owned by separate owners.

Granted, if one project is spanning multiple parcels, then one mechanics lien may be appropriate for filing against land spanning multiple adjacent and related parcels.
