Can I file a property lien for non-payment in Wisconsin?

Wisconsin

I am an Architect and I was in the process of preparing construction drawings for a new residence for my client. My construction drawings were 70% complete when I received notice from the client that they had decided that they were not in a position that allowed them to continue the project. I have a signed agreement that they would pay me 9% of the construction cost (estimated at $450,000) to design their new residence. My contract indicates that I would also develop the construction drawings, obtain bids for the project and provide project observation during the construction. Again, the design and the construction drawings were in process but not yet completed when my client decided not to proceed. Am I able to file a lien on their property in Wisconisn?
