Can I file a mechanics lien on a property inspection company?

Pennsylvania

I have been a subcontractor for a property inspection company for over 2.5 years. Work performed in may was not paid correctly and work performed in June hasnt been paid at at all. The contractor changed his phone number and won’t answer emails. I’m owed close to 4k. I’m racking my brain on what I should do. I have the contractors address. How can I get my money? I have the proof work was completed and 2 tax returns showing a history. I can be reached at 856-285-4889 or by email at nuneze86@gmail.com

If you had a written contract to provide inspection services to a general contractor on a project to improve a piece of real estate, and you in fact did physically appear on that property and performed the services, I believe that you would be entitled to record a lien claim against the title to that improved property if you otherwise complied with the applicable restrictions.

Was the property located in NJ or PA (the question is listed as PA, but you have a NJ area code)?

When was the last date that you were on the property?

Is the property to be used as a residence? Is the property's use commercial? Is it a municipal (or government-owned) piece of land?

It was thousands of properties some visited bi weekly monthly, all type of mortgage inspections all in PA. No written agreement all verbal thru emails as well. Pay was twice a month on a yearly schedule. I have records of all properties with dates. Stopped working for him in July when money discrepancy started happening.
