We have created the Notice of Intent to Lien on Oct 16th in which it states a 10 day deadline. Can I actually wait until 10-26-20 to file, or do I need to file on 10-23-20. October 26th is the deadline to file the Mechanics Lien.

As far as I know there is no such legal document as an “intent to file a claim of lien” You can file a claim anytime after your payment is past due if you have filed notice to owner.
