My company iink payments is a lender restoration professionals including; contractors, property attorneys, and public adjusters. My question is that I know we can file liens on behalf of the contractors since they physically provided the labor to restore the home. However, a public adjuster, is just negotiating a higher claims payout for a 10-20% fee. If the homeowner does not pay them are we able to legally file a lien on their behalf? This particular customer of our is in Pennsylvania.
