I was employed with a construction company for a short period only 10 weeks and upon quitting I was paid for the last pay period however I'm still owed for One week of work I have been contacting their accounting office and they say it's with the admin team but they've been saying that for about 2 weeks. I live in California I'm just unsure of the steps I need to take I quit working for them a little over a month ago and have been emailing accounting for almost 3 weeks
