I will be attempting to file a lien on the property we supplied concrete that is inside a mobile home park. There is no mobile home and the work supplied material for was considered site preparation. The lien would apply to the owner of the property (not the owner of the mobile home park) who had a contractor complete the work. The contractor has not paid for the material. Will this lien be a valid lien in Washington State?
