I am an independent contractor in Georgia. The GC on the job has not paid me for a job that I completed and I still have a second part to complete. Now him and the owner are having issues he walked off and I still finished my part but still I haven't been paid. I am also not licensed it was just sheet rock and popcorn ceilings
