Our client suggested we can file a lien on Rodd & Gunn project. The problem is that we had entered the project late on Levelset, we sent an intent to lien when we reached to our client on payment update. . Till this moment we haven't received a payment on the project since March. We started the project back in November 2019 and end around February. Can we still file a mechanic lien?

What is the status of the project itself? Do you know whether it is now complete? If so, when was it complete?
It is all about the date of completion. You can record a lien so long as you do so within 30 days of recordation of a Notice of Completion, or 90 days of completion of the project if no Notice of Completion was recorded. If you are the GC, you have 60 days and 90 days, respectively. Good luck.
