Can I file a lien on replacement parts or stock order?

If payment is owed for tools, equipment, materials, machinery, etc. which was used for the permanent improvement of the project property, then that will generally be lienable. If payment wasn't owed for some reason (like when replacing defective materials), then it wouldn't be lienable.
Additionally, note that orders that were placed for restocking a customer's inventory and not provided for a specific project might not be lienable since it'd be hard to tie the materials furnished to a specific project. But, if the material was used for a specific project and if payment wasn't made, as required, then lien rights should be present.
