I am a DBA and was contacted by customer via Home Depot(ProReferral) program. I completed 98% of the work and informed the customer that small cosmetics issues would resolve a small leak on side of old and new part of the roof I addressed. I allowed a 3 payment course to commence so that the customer and I could build a relationship as we progressed on the work. I was already having issues with my vehicle's transmission and informed her as much....she started out being understanding but eventually began to show signs of her unwillingness to work with me. She contacted Home Depot and now she wants to just wants to move on without my, being paid. I have sent an "intent" letter and she has informed Home Depot and they now want to remove me from the program... Can I file the Lien in Texas legally?
