I’m a general contractor and I finished the jobs punch list on January 8th, I haven’t been paid my final payment

Your claim of lien must be recorded within 90 days of the last day of work at the Project. When you record the claim of lien you must send a copy to the owner by certified mail or overnight delivery.
Typically "punch list" work qualifies as contract work for the purposes of measuring your deadline, so you would be within the time frame to take action by filing your claim of lien, but must act fairly quickly.
