Can I file a lien

California

I've completed work on several projects for the same general contractor in September 2021 and haven't been paid yet. I only sent a 20-day prelim notice on one of the projects. Am I still able to file a lien against all of the projects I completed for them in September or just the one that I sent a 20-day prelim notice for?

If you have failed to serve a prelim on projects requiring a prelim, you have likely waived lien rights as to those projects. As for the one project you did serve a prelim., you have 30 days from recordation of a Notice of Completion (NOC) to record a lien, or 90 days after completion of the project (not just your scope of work, but the entire work of improvement) if no NOC is recorded. You must file suit within 90 days of recording the lien. Good luck.

Those kind of games [play snake](https://play-snake.co/) do take it to the extreme. People should go through psychological assessment before playing those kinds of games. Those who are too psychologically unstable shouldn't play such game. Life is to precious to claim just because you lost in some game.
