I'm a plumber that did not get a signed contract for 2 new bathroom installs. I completed work and was only paid a portion. The homeowner is refusing to pay saying that my work was not good and that they are not paying because they have to hire someone else to fix what I supposedly did wrong . Can I file a lien even though I did not get a written contract?
