This his my question , I have a business partner , we creat a business company on her house , this was a Incorporation , we creat this company online.. at this time we used my I pod .. a few months later she broke our company without my authorization , and without any meeting etc , she own at that time 60 % of the company . Right now I send her a Notice to intent to Sue .. for Breach of contract , fraud , bad face etc.. .. my question it’s I can get a lien against her property
