i was promised by a homeowner that if i helped him with his taxes and filed an insurance claim for his rental property that he would give me the money to remodel it and I worked and put up with so much crap to do his taxes and i made the insurance claim and 9,500$ and he wont give me a cent
You do not have the right to lien his property, but you may have a claim for breach of an oral agreement.
