My organization performed work on a public project and did not receive payment. Can I file a bond claim if I did not file notices timely?
The legal analysis would start with a review of your contract, and then extend to a review of the sort of work you performed (not all work qualifies for a bond claim), and to your position on the project (prime contractor, subcontractor, or what), and to any communications which have occurred.
