Hello my name is Jose Bravo and my company is Bravo Property Improvement LLC. I has been working doing renovation projects of residences as a sub contractor for the General contractor company Sunshine Construcion and Restoration. This companie has been saying for around a year and a half that they ate figuring out on how they gonna pay me for difrents projects from a year and half ago to the most recently around two months ago. I advice them I will use the mechanic lien resource to get paid and now becouse of this they cancel my contract with them and offer me a small portion of what they owe me with the condition I sing a document accepting that payment for all the work they owe me. Can I still file a mechanic lien? Notice to owners wasn't sent it yet.
