I have Corporation and am trying to get paid balance owed 40% but a dispute came up prior to installation on subject property?

Anyone can file a lien, but here the lien will probably be considered worthless. A mechanics lien requires the property be improved. If there was no installation, there was no improvement. The appropriate remedy, if any, is via a Civil Suit for monetary damages, not a Foreclosure Action.
