Can a residential contractor license or a building contractor license pull permits like a general contractor license can
Permitting was not an option for a topic so I put it under contracts.

Licensed residential contractors or licensed building contractors should be able to pull the permits necessary to perform their work. But, I'll be the first to admit I don't have much expertise here - and it might be wise to contact the local permitting office to ask what kind of licensing and documentation will be required in order to pull a permit. After all, their office would be the one reviewing permit applications anyway.
