I'm the GM of a n HOA in Santa Fe. We brought in a licensed concrete contractor to demolish and rebuild steps and walkway to our office door. He did a horrible job that is not to code. We know have slip, trip and fall hazards to our elderly residents. I informed him the HOA had no intention of paying. He just sent me a letter indicating he would file a lien. Do we have any recourse to fight this?
