customer didnt like we used a out of state sub contractor, but it is legal in md. we also made minor mistakes by didnt get a chance to fix it. now wants the total price of the job paid to her.

Good morning! Generally speaking, Maryland law requires a customer to allow the contractor to remediate any deficiencies. It sounds like you were not allowed an appropriate opportunity to cure any alleged mistakes.
