I am having a post and beam home built in massachusetts , the company is in maine , can they travel to massachusetts in july to do the work , a 5 day job?

First, note that it's impossible to predict what will happen between now and July. States are all reopening on their own schedules, and chances are that restrictions will be looser come July. Still, it's entirely possible additional restrictions could come down if it looks like coronavirus spread is moving in the wrong direction. According to Massachusetts' reopening regulations (which went into effect May 18) - construction can resume as long as specific protocols are followed. It also looks like Maine is allowing construction to resume as well - though construction firms should deploy additional PPE and safety measures on-site. So, with both Maine and Massachusetts allowing construction as essential business, you should be able to leave home in Maine to work on a Massachusetts project.
