on the bottom of form "Verification" does claimant who is the owners name and title go in those spots? ANd I am unclear on serving do I have to go and file it first then Serve it?

Good afternoon,
The person who can validate/verify the claim for the claimant must sign the mechanics lien. The lien must be served before it can be recorded --- in other words, the County Recorder will not accept the mechanics lien for recording unless a Proof of Service (which declares that the lien has been served) is attached.
