I work for a contractor who has worked on a residence without a general contractor or any subcontractors, just our company. We did not hire any external laborers for this work, we only sent our full-time employees to the site to perform the work. The Homeowner is requesting a lien release from the workers stating that they have been paid. Should the conditional final lien release from my company cover our full-time employees? Or should I have each full time employee that worked at the residence complete a lien release stating they've been paid by my company?
