As a home owner is it my legal rite to view lien waivers my contractor has with its supplier to ensure payments?

Minnesota

My contractor states they have an NDA with their supplier and refuses to show proof of material purchase from their supplier. As a home owner is it my legal right to be given a copy of a lien waiver as proof my contractor paid their supplier?

You can demand lien waivers before paying more money!   You need to make sure subs are getting paid so they do not lien your house.     It should be done thru the general contractor.   You do not need to know how much they have been paid … just that they have agreed to not lien your house so the NDA claim is nonsense.
