Are any special licenses/provisions needed to file a Mechanic Lien in the US Virgin Islands? Or do US Virgin Island Lien laws run parallel to state-side regulations?

The US Virgin Islands have their own mechanics lien laws, just like US states and the District of Columbia do. You can learn all about those laws here: US Virgin Islands Mechanics Lien Guide and FAQs.
As discussed on those FAQs, the Virgin Islands don't seem to require a claimant be licensed in order to file a mechanics lien.
