I work with a small backhoe company. If our portion of the project is a very small percentage or we are only on the job for a few days do we still have the same reporting requirements?

I'm not aware of any exemptions to California's prevailing wage reporting/certified payroll requirements. But, admittedly, I don't have a ton of expertise in the field of California prevailing wages beyond the basics.
