I don't think it's common for contractors to have detailed knowledge about property ownership - whether that's in the general sense, or if that's in reference to the particular property they're working on. But, this article has some tips on finding the property owner on a construction project: How to Find the Property Owner on a Construction Project. I hope that answers your question. If not, feel free to reply here to further clarify what information you're looking for.

Then my issue is, the contractor was not made aware of the defensive clause . I paid my family back in full. Both siblings had no interests in said property. I am sole owner. My house key was given to my older sibling without me knowing. Originally, my esq. Stated she had no reason for the key she is in Maryland. She wants to snoop when am not here. Changed the locks at the home which I am sole owner. Contractor did no show on final walk thru too. Sent his unauthorized person who gave my older sibling my house key. Remodeling came on or about $30. G r a n. W h o. Is right in th I s issue? Thanks, mary
