Architect needing to file lien in Missouri

Missouri

Worked under contract for 5 yrs. on project. I resigned and did 30 days. I was not paid final 2 invoices (about $30k). I read the statute to say that i'm a direct relationship and in Missouri do not need to give 10 day notice. Is that correct. My last day working was June 15, 2022 - almost 6 months. Is this the timeframe that i need to file the lien before next week? Can Levelset help? Then if they don't pay, i have another 6 months to foreclose? Just want to confirm my understanding. Mainly timeframe and not having to give the notice... because after 10 days, then i'd be past the 6 month point.
