A Mechanics Lien was filed in 10/2020. Is there additional information I can file?

A Lien was filed in 10/2020 using your service. Is there additional filings I can submit to the GC and Ownership? The GC is no responsive and project has been completed for over 6 months.

If a lien was recorded in October 2020, you had 90 days in which to file a lawsuit on the lien. If you have not filed a lawsuit on the lien within 90 days from the date of recordation, , your lien may be void. I suggest you contact an attorney with experience in construction law to assist you.
