My friend has a home and Grass Valley it was left empty and stripped of all appliances and certain electrical things I was asked to go into his home fix it up get it ready to sell and he would reimburse me I did all that the house is sold it’s closing in three weeks and now the owner won’t reimburse me the money I put out I have all receipts can I put a lien on him
