My neighbor hired a dozer operator to clear fence rows 8 years ago. The owner said dozer transmission went out, and left it there 8 years ago. My neighbor contacted him several times to come and get it he never showed back up. I went and messed with it and have it running now and before I start dumping money into it to fix it up.
