They are a mitigation company meaning they preform emergency services on a property claim. Work begins the same day the contract is signed to prevent further damage to the home. When I entered in the date the job started 7/14/2022. The program said that the notice of contract should have been filed on 7/11/2022. That is not a possibility with emergency services.
