About Ryan Baldino
Baldino launched his eponymous firm after 13 years as Senior Partner at Hammons & Baldino. Over the course of his career, Baldino has led hundreds of cases, including complex construction litigation and commercial arbitration, to successful resolution.

An AV five-star rated attorney based on Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, the gold standard in attorney ratings, Baldino has been recognized for his strong legal ability and high ethical standards. Baldino devotes a majority of his practice to civil litigation and has effectively prosecuted and defended claims of construction defects in commercial and residential construction projects. Among his many career highlights, Baldino’s track record of success includes defense of $7 million product defect class action jury trial, defense of insurance subrogation bench trial, and a verdict of only warranty repairs damage award in a $13 million construction defect arbitration.

Baldino also serves as corporate counsel to small construction businesses, assisting them with legal matters including contract negotiations and commercial litigation.

From helping homeowners with their issues with contractors and home remodeling by creating solutions and pathways towards completion and resolution of defective work, to successfully defending clients in multi-million dollar construction cases, he prides himself on working hard to consistently get a favorable outcome for his clients.

Baldino received his JD from Hastings College of Law, where he received moot court honors and served as a clerk to Hon. David Garcia (ret.) in the San Francisco Superior Court Law and Motion Department. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Law & Society at UC Riverside. Following admittance to the California Bar, he served as an Associate Attorney specializing in construction defect at Southern California firm WALSWORTH, FRANKLIN, BEVINS & MCALL, LLP and then represented public entities and school districts in large public works project disputes with ORBACH, HUFF, SUAREZ & HENDERSON, LLP.

Baldino serves as Chair of the City of El Segundo Planning Commission and Chair of the El Segundo Unified School District Citizens Bond Oversight Committee. He lives in El Segundo with his wife and two children.
